Our Mission

At the Puddle Project, we believe that with the right guidance and support, all teens can have a bright future.

We help support and guide teens through parenthood as well as their academic and professional careers. Additionally, we provide teens with resources and information on their health, education, childcare, and employment.

What We Do

Our Goals for Our Teen Members

Graduate with a high school diploma

We understand the barriers our teens face in completing their high school diplomas once they become mothers. Not only do we provide encouragement, but we also provide practical supports so that our teens will have the best opportunity for future earning potential.

Develop healthy lifestyles for themselves and their child

Looking at the young person from a holistic perspective allows us to address short-term and long-term outcomes. We know healthy parents lead to healthy children and will ultimately promote a healthy community. We focus on social, emotional, and physical health, diet, education, financial literacy and decision-making.

Become responsible parents and working adults

Our goal is to help foster healthy young adults that will be ready to step into society and make a contribution. To achieve this outcome we offer services in the areas of; pregnancy education, nutrition, career development, career assistance, nutrition, and more.

Meet Our Founder

“Pregnant teens enter parenthood with major concerns, limited resources, and questionable information. They are fearful for what the future holds. Our program provides resources and mentorship to encourage and empower them. With us, they are never alone.”
